At ASVB CraftVision Private Limited, we strive to provide high-quality IT services and ensure customer satisfaction. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations for our services are processed.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Service Subscription Cancellation
  • Clients can request any ongoing IT service cancellation within 7 days of the service start date.

  • Cancellation requests must be sent via email to [billing@asvbcraftvision.com].

  • If the service has already been provided, no cancellations will be accepted.

2.2 Project-Based Service Cancellation

For custom software development, IT consultancy, or recruitment services, cancellation requests must be made before project initiation.

Once the project has commenced, a non-refundable processing fee (up to 30% of the total service cost) may apply.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Eligibility for Refunds

We provide refunds only under the following conditions:

  • Service Not Delivered: If a service is not initiated or delivered within the agreed timeline.

  • Technical Issues: If the service has critical, unresolvable technical failures on our part.

  • Duplicate Payment: If a customer is mistakenly charged twice, the excess amount will be refunded.

3.2 Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

  • IT recruitment fees (once the hiring process has begun)

  • Custom software development (after the initial development phase)

  • Any completed IT consultation sessions

  • Digital products or software licenses already provided

3.3 Refund Process

  • Processing time for refunds is 7-14 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

4. Modification of Services

If a client wishes to modify an ongoing service, they must contact our support team within 3 days of service initiation.

5. Disputes & Chargebacks

If you have any concerns, we encourage you to contact our support team first before initiating a chargeback with your bank.

Unjustified chargebacks may result in service termination or legal action.
